We had a wonderful moment at Chambers. One of our best among all the restaurants we did. The food is simple but extremely effective and perfectly executed. The wine experience is outstanding, and that's what makes the whole thing so great. The work of Pascaline Lepeltier, the wine list, the advices and the attentiveness of the team throughout the meal, very professional. We'll never forget it. Thank you !

Phenomenal experience at Chambers! Our bartender Philip was so kind and knowledgeable about the menu, the sommeliers John-Paul and Daniel gave us excellent recommendations. Food was incredible! Highly recommend the scallop crudo and veal sweet breads. The tile fish was divine, desserts were beyond delicious. I truly don’t think there is a wrong choice on the menu. Cannot say enough good things about our whole experience, top to bottom it was such a treat!

Chambers is one of those rare places that gets everything right — every single time. The space is just incredibly pleasant: great energy, perfect music level, beautifully lit without being too dark or too bright. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel good. The wine list alone is worth the visit — incredibly sharp, deep, and very well priced. And the team really knows what they’re doing. Pascaline is outstanding, and even when she’s not there, the sommeliers are consistently excellent. Jared and the team run this place flawlessly. The food is just as impressive. The menu is short but extremely well thought out, with great products and a real sense of creativity. There are a few staples you can always rely on (the chicken, the cavatelli, the mascarpone millefeuille), but I usually try something new every time — and it’s always a win. Honestly, there’s nothing to criticize. Food, wine, atmosphere, service — it’s just a perfect restaurant. Highly recommend.

Chambers is always a good idea. The wine list is consistently stellar, and every dish we ordered was excellent. The sea bass was cooked perfectly, and the eggplant Parm had a great balance of sweetness and acidity from the golden cherry tomatoes. Don’t sleep on dessert! The blueberry cornmeal cake with corn ice cream was beautifully done and a lovely celebration of summer’s best ingredients.

Chef’s counter here is a must. I had been seeing a lot of hype about this place on social media and randomly snagged a reservation not realizing what a special experience I was walking in to. We tried most of their popular dishes the hiramasa, castelfranco, farfelle, snowdance chicken, and fingerling potatoes. My favorite by far was the hiramasa but all the dishes were quite wonderful. For dessert we got the chocolate basque cheesecake. I was really impressed by how well it paired with the sweet cream on the plate (we wished there were more)! Now the wine was just incredible. To which the master sommelier, Pascaline Lepeltier, deserves all the praise in the world. She is the sweetest woman, I mean she entertained my attempt at speaking French so graciously. But seriously, she knows what is up. She truly picked out the perfect wine based on our request, which was a bottle from Domaine de la Bergerie, Sous la Tonnelle. We really enjoyed watching the magic in the kitchen and asking questions to the chef right in front of us. Unforgettable, 100% worth a visit.

4.5 really. Really tasty food, ordered a la carte. Slightly unusual tastes, but they worked well. Friendly staff. Fun ambience. Slightly odd wine pairing experience: the staff clearly took a lot of care about testing the wines were ok, but struggled a bit to explain why their recommendations matched the food.

Visiting from California and came here with our friends that live in the West Village. What a wonderful dinner. Everything we ordered was amazing. Chicken is a must order. Would recommend to anyone. Worth your time and money for sure.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chambers is a wonderful dining spot that combines a stylish atmosphere with outstanding food and exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with fresh, well-balanced flavors. The ingredients were clearly high quality, and the attention to detail in every course made the meal truly memorable. The drinks were expertly crafted and paired perfectly with the food. The elegant yet relaxed ambiance makes Chambers an excellent choice for everything from a casual dinner to a special celebration. If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience in Lower Manhattan, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back!
